Translation Services

Even when our corporate clients have in-house translators, however competent they may be, they’re often overworked. Whether you have an occasional need for a document to be translated from Japanese to English (or vice versa) or require continuing support for a major long-term bilingual project, Saki LLC provides the resources you require. Our rallying cry is “Quality Control, Confidentiality and Prompt Delivery.”

Terms and Conditions:

  • The fee schedule shown above serves as a general guideline only. Final pricing is based on the length and level of technical difficulty of the document to be translated.
  • Translation or modification of charts and graphics are available at an additional charge.
  • A minimum charge will be applied to an original document with fewer than three pages in length.
  • Rush assignments are subject to an additional charge depending on document length and turnaround time.
  • Contract Rates and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect the confidentiality of the client’s intellectual property, trademarks, patents, copyrights and trade secrets are available upon request.
  • Please inquire about translation services in other languages.

Interpretation Services

We offer a unique combination of comprehensive linguistic ability and well-developed business acumen, coupled with vast knowledge in a broad range of highly specialized fields.

Interpreter Fee Schedule

Half Day: $350
Full Day: $650

Terms and Conditions:
  • Any fraction of a day involving more than 4 hours but fewer than 8 hours will be billed at the Full-Day Rate.
  • Any fraction of a day of fewer than 4 hours will be billed at the Half-Day Rate, unless it involves working through the lunch hour. The Full-Day Rate will apply if the assignment requires working through the lunch hour.
  • Anything over 8 hours is considered as overtime at 1.5 times the hourly rate. (Daily Rate ， 8 Hours x 1.5 = Overtime Rate.)
  • Briefing time and the time to study briefing materials in advance of the job are subject to the Advance Study Fees.
  • Travel expenses such as for airfare and car rental, hotel accommodations and per diem are considered additional charges.
  • The Travel Day Rate may be applied, depending on the job.
At our discretion, an interpreting assignment may be subject to a Coordination Fee. The Client will be informed in advance of the assignment of the amount of the Coordination Fee to be charged, if any.

SAKI LLC Tutoring Services

We highly believe in individual tutoring for your best improvement.
However, we do accept up to three students per class for your convenience. (Cost will differ.)

Learning Japanese

Basic Japanese:

1 hour per class: $220/month
1.5 hours per class: $280/month

Advanced/Business Japanese:

1 hour per class: $245/month
1.5 hours per class: $320/month

Learning English

Basic English Grammar and Conversation:

1 hour per class: $160/month
1.5 hours per class: $215/month

Advanced English or English Accent Reduction :

1 hour per class: $180/month
1.5 hours per class: $240/month

*One-month fee is considered for four classes.
*If you need the teacher to come to you, extra charge will apply according to the distance.
